Working Knowledge Appoints Cherelle Lewis as Recruitment Associate

 

The Working Knowledge Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Cherelle Lewis as Recruitment Associate.

Cherelle brings over 5 years experience in HR and recruitment across various industries including public relations, healthcare, education and e-commerce. She also runs her own HR consultancy business, El-Shaddai Consultancy based in Walsall, where clients include Liberty Music PR, Mobile Fun and St Oswald’s Hospice.

Cherelle achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Coventry University in 2014 and a Masters in Human Resources Management from University of Wolverhampton in 2020. She is also CIPD Level 7 qualified.

In her role as Recruitment Associate at Working Knowledge, Cherelle will be responsible for the recruitment, selection and preparation of digital marketing apprentices.

Jo Trendall, Operations Manager at Working Knowledge says: “We are delighted to welcome Cherelle to the recruitment team. In addition to her recruitment and HR experience, Cherelle has great energy and ambition, and like us is passionate about supporting young people.”

The Working Knowledge process for going beyond the CV to bring out the best in young talent and ensure employers see final candidates in action is remarkable.”

The Working Knowledge Digital Marketing Academy is designed to help scale-up and non-profit organisations build an in-house marketing operation that consistently delivers more of the right customers. The 15-month programme is mapped to a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship so its 95% government funded.
