Trainers and Coaches

Sarah Campodonic
I help apprentices embed digital marketing learnings into their workplaces to create impact and value, supporting them through monthly 1:1 sessions alongside training. Our approach to digital marketing is thought-provoking, energetic, and inspiring. I’ve had over 15 years of experience in marketing across a range of companies, from household brands to startups and beyond.

I am the founder and CEO of Shine. Many businesses struggle to grow with confusing messages and poor connection with their audiences. As a certified Storybrand guide, I help develop clear brand messaging to engage all stakeholders and customers.
For 15+ years at Visa, I developed brand strategy, B2C & B2B campaigns and content across payment product, sponsorship and retailer activations, and led pan-European matrix teams with brands such as Citibank, Disney, Formula E, Olympic & Paralympic Games and TripAdvisor.

Head office Team

Jo Trendall
I lead on recruitment to find new young talent for SMEs and also manage the operations for our apprenticeship programme. I’m also the Safeguarding lead for all the young apprentices learning with us.

James Lott
I passionately believe that businesses limit their growth potential unless they engage with the energy, innovation, and talent within their workforce. And to do this, employees must be given the training opportunities to shine.

Megan Gell
Communications Manager
I start conversations with small
business owners and third-sector
organisations looking to bring
young talent into their
businesses.

Amy Lawlor
My role is to support both candidates and clients through the recruitment process. I have worked in several different recruitment/educational sectors over the years, and I am very passionate about helping young talent find their dream roles.

Joe Daniels
I became a Digital Marketing Apprentice in 2021 and make sure all of our decisions are driven by data. I also write the odd blog, email campaign and optimise all of our content for SEO.

Tom Hodson
My focus is on the experience of the apprentices within our Academy – I am also an apprentice myself! I also handle all of the volunteer engagement for our Employability Programme with colleges around the UK.
