Working Knowledge appoints Sarah Campodonic and Ashlie Bishop to Digital Marketing Academy

19th August, 2021

We are delighted to announce the appointment of digital marketing consultants Sarah Campodonic and Ashlie Bishop as trainers and coaches within our Digital Marketing Academy.

Sarah and Ashlie will be working directly with our apprentices and their organisations to build their in-house digital marketing function. Sarah and Ashlie will guide monthly cohorts of 8-10 apprentices through masterclasses, practical assignments and 1:1 coaching sessions designed to reach tailored business goals.

Having practicing marketing consultants deliver our programme ensures apprentices and their organisations achieve both professional development and real business results.

Sarah Campodonic

Sarah began her career in marketing 17 years ago with Admiral Insurance and went on to work with Le Mans Holdings and comparison site Confused.com. A marketing consultant for the past nine years, Sarah works on both the agency side and client side with big brands and smaller organisations across finance, automotive, production and the arts.

Her consultancy includes PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display, Affiliates, UX, Analytics and Campaign/ Project Management. Sarah also worked on the Google Digital Garage project, helping small businesses and charities understand how digital can help them grow.

James Lott, MD Working Knowledge, said “I am a scientist by training and I love data, especially how it can drive effective marketing activity. I am so looking forward to learning from Sarah's analytical expertise and in particular how it applies to PPC retargeting.”

“I am really excited to start training and coaching apprentices through Working Knowledge's Digital Marketing Academy.  I will be using my marketing experience to help develop talent, upskill on current practices and build motivation and confidence," says Sarah.

Ashlie Bishop

Social media specialist Ashlie Bishop began her career in marketing 10 years ago at Hewlett Packard and has since worked on both the agency and client side at media agency Carat, marketing agency K2L, and most recently as Brand & Campaign Manager at The Co-op before launching her own digital marketing consultancy in early 2020.

“Getting social media to actually work for a business, that is to work better than it does for the competition, is both an art and a science,” says James. “As a business owner, I have come to think of it as a black art! Ashlie has an approach to upskilling others in social media that is both pragmatic and practical, but more than that it really works.”

Ashlie says: “I am delighted to start training and coaching apprentices and business owners through Working Knowledge. I will be passing on my knowledge and experience from the past 10 years to help apprentices to really kick start their career in digital marketing.”

Adds James: “We are delighted to welcome Sarah & Ashlie to the Working Knowledge team and I can see them bringing great results for our clients through their apprentices.”
