Four to six days, and you'll know exactly what to do next

Committing someone to sixteen months is a big call when you're not yet sure how much AI will change for a business like yours.

So start smaller. Three short courses for leaders and directors, £750 each and fully funded for most employers. You find out what we're like and what AI could genuinely do for you, without signing up to anything long-term.

AI Strategy & Opportunity.

Which parts of your business would actually benefit, which wouldn't, and what order to tackle them in. You'll leave with a shortlist instead of a nagging sense that you should be doing something.

AI Delivery & Organisational Transformation.

Getting it into the business and taking people with you. Most organisations come unstuck here, and it's far more about people than technology.

Short AI courses pathway

How it runs

Each course is thirty hours. Five to six days, one day a week, over about a month.

Everyone starts with two days on what's genuinely possible, which we call the AI-Savvy Bootcamp. So your first course runs to six days in total. You'll be in a room with people from every one of our programmes, and that's deliberate. Leaders often tell us the moment it clicked was hearing what frustrates someone two levels down.

The third course finishes with a full day we call the Launchpad.

New groups start every month, with thirty places on each. These programmes are designed for those in leadership roles.

You finish with a plan, not just a certificate

The Launchpad is funded like the rest of it, and you leave with three things:

A costed business case for AI in your business
The names of the people in your organisation who should take this on
A plan for the next twelve months

There's a certificate of achievement from an independent awarding body too.

And most people leave knowing something they didn't expect.

The right person for the full programme usually isn't the person who did the short courses. It's the task-led doers and middle managers in your organisation who'll have the time and the motivation to do the practical, hands-on building, and who along with the leader form your AI implementation panel. Finding that out early saves an enormous amount of time.

Of our first group of twelve, eight went on to further short courses and two moved onto the full programme.

If you do decide to join the full programme, you skip the first two months, reducing it to fourteen.

What it costs

For most employers, nothing at all. These are fully Gov funded if your annual pay bill is under £3 million, roughly a hundred staff, and paid via your Apprenticeship Levy if you're over the threshold.

What people say after the first two days

95% would recommend it.
80% felt confident applying what they’d learned.

“This really feels like you get some tangible and usable knowledge and experience that you can action into your day-to-day role.”

"Very useful, even if you already think you are a pro at AI."

"Do it. All time saved is invaluable."
