My name is Kenny, I’m 31, and I work in Customer Services and Digital Marketing for We Care Home Improvements. Before I took on this role I solely worked in customer services, and now I have a split role which is 50/50 marketing and customer service. I wanted to take on the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship to learn new skills and grow after nearly 15 years of working in customer service roles. Marketing is creative and impactful, and I wanted to be a part of growing the business’ digital presence.
