Sonya Whittam joins Digital Marketing Academy
Working Knowledge is delighted to announce the appointment of Sonya Whittam as SEO Trainer within the Digital Marketing Academy beginning in March 2023.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a critical component of digital marketing strategy. As a consultant, Sonya’s expert knowledge of this constantly evolving specialisation will be an incredible resource for Academy trainees and the businesses they represent.
Before launching STORY22 in 2020, Sonya spent 20+ years working in sales and marketing in managerial positions with the likes of Enterprise Rent-A-Car and telecoms giant Three.

Sonya will continue to work at STORY22 alongside her Academy role, an essential criteria for Academy trainers. This allows our apprentices to learn from practising marketing consultants with up-to-the-minute sector knowledge.
Sonya said: “I’m delighted to be joining the Working Knowledge team as associate trainer. Over the past year we’ve built a strong collaboration between our marketing agency STORY22, naturally forged through our shared interest in the StoryBrand methodology. To be invited on board to lead the SEO module is an exciting development in our relationship.
